What Type of Support Are You Looking For?
Attendant Care
Assistance with approved personal care, mobility, toileting, meals, daily routines, supervision, and independence.
Homemaker Services
Support with approved light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, and routine household tasks.
Structured Family Care
Daily support provided by a qualified live-in caregiver, often a trusted family member, with provider oversight.

If the request may be a good fit, we explain the intake requirements and review local caregiver availability.

Requesting services does not guarantee Medicaid eligibility, authorization, caregiver availability, or an immediate start date.

Not Sure How Services Will Be Paid For?
Eligible individuals may receive approved services through Indiana Medicaid waiver programs. Private-pay options may also be available for individuals and families who wish to purchase services directly. Our intake team can help identify what information may be needed, but Shirley’s Angels Home Care does not determine Medicaid eligibility.
