We are always looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team. At Shirley’s Angels Home Care, we support aging adults and individuals with disabilities so they can live safely and comfortably at home. If you are dedicated, patient, and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d like to hear from you.

We provide ongoing support, clear communication, and guidance from our care coordination team — because caregivers deserve to feel valued and respected in their work.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully

  • Can assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and home support

  • Are dependable and show up when scheduled

  • Understand the importance of safety and dignity in care

 

Not certified? You may still be eligible — training is available.

Responsibilities for Caregiving Jobs Positions Include:

  • Address client needs with respect and attention to safety

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom

  • Actively engage clients through conversation and companionship

  • Engage with clients in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity

  • Help with meal preparation, planning, and grocery shopping

  • Perform light housekeeping duties

  • Help clients with physical therapy exercises

  • Report any unusual incidents or behavior

  • Medication Reminders

  • Maintain a safe environment for clients

 

Qualifications for Caregivers Include:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Current CPR certification

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Valid driver's license with a registered vehicle that is insured

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to read and speak English

  • Ability to pass a required TB test

  • Completing any required training

  • Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion

  • Possess a professional and upbeat attitude

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
